Shipping & delivery policy

Bone Broth Mama offers local delivery to selected Amsterdam postcodes and free pickup from selected pickup locations.

Local delivery
Local deliveries take place on Fridays. At checkout, enter your delivery address to see whether Local Delivery is available for your postcode.

Delivery fees are currently €5 for the main Amsterdam delivery zone and €7 for the extended delivery zone.

Pickup
Pickup is free. At checkout, select Pickup and choose your preferred pickup location. Current pickup locations, opening times and availability are listed on our Delivery & Pickup page.

Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup email before collecting your order.

Chilled products
Our bone broth is sold chilled. Please refrigerate your order immediately after delivery or pickup.

Delivery issues
If there is a problem with your delivery or you believe your order has been damaged or delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at bonebrothmama@icloud.com.
